사용 기한 안내(Usage Period)

• 모의고사 쿠폰은 사용 기한에 제한 없이 언제든지 사용하실 수 있습니다.
  (Mock test coupons have no expiration date. You can use them at any time after purchase)

교환 규정(Exchange Policy)

• 모의고사 구매 후에는 교환이 불가합니다.
  (Exchanges are not available after purchasing the mock test)
• 구매 취소를 원하실 경우, 아래의 환불 규정에 따라주시기 바랍니다.

환불 규정(Refund Policy)

• 응시권을 사용하지 않은 상태에서, 구매 후 7일 이내에 고객센터 이메일(ncscentercorp@gmail.com)로 환불 요청이 가능합니다.
  (If you have not used the pass, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting customer support at ncscentercorp@gmail.com)
• 환불은 결제 수단에 따라 1주 ~ 4주 이내에 처리됩니다.
  (Refund processing may take between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the payment method)
• 환불은 결제 시 사용한 원 결제 수단을 통해서만 가능합니다. 다른 방법(예: 현금 환불, 계좌이체 등)으로는 환불이 불가합니다.

• 부분 환불은 불가합니다.
